My Stopover

My sister would always call my parents as old romantics because my parents are fond of going out together as a couple. Lately, they called us to inform us they are going to the Caribbean where you can find the best destination weddings, to renew their marriage vows! Wow! That would mean a couple of days stay in the best beaches and palm trees on earth. I am pretty sure my dad would pay for our airfare. That is cool! I find it so romantic as well. My dad had always been very vocal and expressive when it comes to his love for my mother. Their love story is like a fairytale. You will be amazed if you will hear about it. It’s like the stories you read in the best seller novels. Anyway, I will not dig into it now, maybe later.

While surfing the net, my friend who has been in the US, working, sent me an instant message in my yahoo Messenger. I was surprise because it’s been so long since we had a conversation. She said she is online because she is looking for Caribbean vacations on the web. She and her husband is planning to have a Caribbean getaway for Valentine’s. Wow! How romantic of them. I am happy that she is happily married there. Though they still don’t have kids, they are happy with each other.

I spend my weekend at my cousins‚ place since I always love to visit them.
