There are times, when my sister is so much willing to loose weight that she goes out everyday and exercise or visit the gym for sometime or even willing to have a weight loss surgery. But there are also times when she feels like not doing anything about her weight. Sometimes, I feel sad about her weight because, she is frustrated about. She regrets the day she had ever been down in life –when her boyfriend of eight years left her for another girl. Eating became her past time and she started not caring about herself. We were there for her but she was just too hurt and too stubborn to do something about her life. When she was started moving on and getting back her life, her very first problem is her weight. LOL! Now she is having a hard time dealing with it. I hope she can do something about it sooner. It’s her own initiative that will really help her surpass this. The one lesson I have learned is that you should not let your love problems give birth to weight problems! LOL!

Ever since my sister finished school and started working, she never missed a day without reading. In fact she has now around five hundred different books with her. Lately, she had been ordering books at a famous Amazon books online shop. She said this is her way of learning still. I like her idea that when you get out of school, it doesn’t mean that you should stop studying, on the contrary you need to read more and explore things because not all wisdom and knowledge are taught in school. Wow! I agree with her wisdom about learning. I just wish I can find more time to read as well.
