Today, I receive a wedding invitation from our neighbor here in our flat. The wedding would be next month. This is the second wedding invitations I will attend to. The first one during H’s niece. Wedding traditions here are very different from what I known. First they will be wed in the municipal registry then in the church. They have also a tradition where in Friday evening before the church wedding, they would be a breaking of porcelains to wish the couple a success of the marriage. These porcelains are old plates, tiles, flower pots, wash basins or toilet. After that the couple will clean the mess. Preparations for wedding today is less stress already with the help of some wedding planners around. From invitation to gift aways. I like H’s niece give aways an edible wedding favors which is a Belgian chocolate warped with personalize wedding accent. Its amazing at a great gifts too for all occasion.
