One of the historic place in the bible on Book of Exodus chapters 13:17-15:21. The account of the march of Moses, leading the Hebrews (Israelites) on their escape out of Egypt and the alleged crossing of the Red Sea so they would be able to enter the Promised Land (Canaan). It is also the deepest trench in the world for its depth of 490 m. The water has high salt concentration and that many belief that it can cure diseases and good for beauty-related treatment like Cleoparta did before.
