I went to visit my good friend in the local drug rehabilitation center yesterday. He has been under a drug rehab for almost a month now. It’s kinda sad that he has to go through all these. I just feel so bad for him.
In the post graduate years in the university, I met an international student who became my best friend in school. We have always helped each other. But when school was finished, we parted ways but still managed to be friends. Then there was a time when he has to visit home. I think there were too many problems that he left at home when he went back here. He met other friends here who have influenced him badly. It was sad that I was not there for him during those times.
Now, I am just trying to be with him even though he is on rehab, trying to make up for he lost times. The good news is he is getting better now. I just know he can surpass this stage in his life, so that he can go back to his life.
