I am just grateful that our company gives us an insurance as a work benefit. You work for them in a year and you are entitled to get a free health insurance. With the health and life insurance rate in the market right now, I don’t think I can afford something like what we have. The benefits are there to provide a good health in you. It’s really a very good way in keeping the company’s employees. We have a good management team. They really take good care of their employees. If you will ask our employee turnover in our company is very minimal.
