Today is ash wednesday for the catholic people and the start of fasting too. Aside from not eating meat there are many things to sacrifice. It is just up to them what are these things they choose to sacrifice or it is also there own choice if they will be fasting or not. I hope there are still many catholic people remember the true meaning of this day.
