Cool things

My mobile phone plan provider informed me this afternoon that I can go to their office at the mall to claim a brand new mobile phone. Its part of their commitment to their plan subscribers to change their phone units once a year. And the nice thing about it is that, you will not exchange your current unit, the old one is yours. So I went there to ask for a brand new phone model. They let me chose from a variety of smart phones. I chose one of the a well known brand series mobile phones that has the features of a laptop computer, giving an access to internet. The phone has a bigger and wider screen than the usual mobile phones. I don’t want bringing with me my laptop during my trips anymore since there are also secure online backup software these days like mozy. I wanted a lighter baggage that’s why I chose this phone. Accessing my mail, submitting my blog posts, updating my social network account, searching online listening and watching my favorite artists on online videos and music and most of all my online shopping. These are some possible things I can do without bringing my laptop. Cool huh? Thanks to the latest technology.

New work

Valentine’s Day is fast approaching and my friend is already busy with her flower shop just like last Christmas. This time she expect to have many customers just like the many Christmas flowers sold or doubled this time. I am happy with her new work since she already quit her corporate work and devotes her time to her hobby and business. I know she had chosen the right path for her.

As a saw a yoyo at the store yesterday, I remember my brother when we were kids he really wanted to go to the yoyofactory to buy boxes of them but the factory was far away from our place. Those were one of the days of our childhood that lingers in my mind that the memories are already kept in my heart. Our childhood memories are very precious that sometimes I wish I am still a child when life those days are just simple. We don’t have this technology but then we still survive and made it. Oh, life…
