I received an email from my socaila networks account last month informing me to add a friend in my list. To my surprised as I look into the picture oh my! a grade school friend that I haven’t seen and heard no news from her for a long time. She is now base in Canada and still single. I tried to send her email and luckily she’s online too. We chatted to exchange our longing ness for each other. She told me how she made it in Canada to work. I was interested how did she made it and so she related it to me that at first she was employed in Hongkong until she made a cross country for a new job offer.
She is engrossed with her social group that is, education for young children. Every month they send school supplies and donation to build schools for children in far plank areas. Lately she emailed me to inform that the project was successful through the help, support and donations from those who had a loving heart and helping hands sectors.

I have thought that teens only suffer acne but even adult. Good thing there are already adult acne treatment nowadays. My friend who suffered depression and change her lifestyle encountered some acne problems. Now that she has move on with her new life she hopes she can bring back her new self and face the world once again. I know she can make it because she has a strong determination and with God’s help.

Last weekend afternoon I did my groceries 30 minutes before the store closes. I love doing this because some of their items would be on bargains in half a price like veggies, fruits and even meat. I bought 2 kilos of strawberries half of the usual price. Strawberry is nutritious as well as delicious. It is also a fantastic source of Vitamin C, folic acid, potassium and dietary fiber. And of course it’s fat, sodium and cholesterol-free plus the strawberry is one of nature’s most powerful antioxidant and anti-cancer substances. Since stawberries are on season its also the best time for a strawberry diet. One cup of strawberries constitutes 45 calories that makes up a 188 KJ. Want to try this power up drink to start the day? Prepare this strawberry smoothie during breakfast. Just add soya milk and yogurt to a 1 cup strawberries, place in a blender, cover and blend it till smooth. See it for yourself how powerful it is, in just one day you can lost 2 pounds.
